Hatem is an award-winning Creative Director with over 19 years of experience in the advertising industry. He specializes in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Hatem excels in leading teams of designers and writers to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences. He has a proven track record of collaborating with clients to understand their needs and delivering impactful, results-driven campaigns that exceed expectations. His passion lies in using creativity to solve complex business challenges and drive growth.

Hatem began his career in Cairo, Egypt, in 2005 after graduating from Ain Shams University with a degree in Business and Marketing. He joined Advantage Marketing & Advertising Cairo in 2014 as a Senior Graphic Designer. Over five years, he advanced to Senior Art Director, leading his team to create successful campaigns. In 2019, Hatem moved to J. Walter Thompson Amman, where he served as Associate Creative Director until 2023. He then joined ADPRO-OMD Amman as a Creative Director.

Currently based in Amman, Jordan, Hatem continues to push creative boundaries.
